Minister Participates in Global Sustainable Transport Forum in Beijing

Minister of Transport H.E. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti has participated in the inauguration of the Global Sustainable Transport Forum 2024, which opened in Beijing today under the theme; "Sustainable Transport: Connecting the World through Logistics.In attendance were the Chinese transport minister, several Arab and foreign ministers and senior officials, mobility and logistics industry leaders, regional and global organization representatives, and high-profile CEOs of major transportation companies from around the world.The two-day GSTF discusses the importance of enhancing and connecting global transportation systems, exchanging expertise and innovative technologies, fostering sustainability, reinforcing the efforts aimed at reducing carbon emissions, protecting the environment, and deepening global partnerships in world mobility industry.

Minister Meets with Chinese Counterpart

Minister Meets with Bahraini Ambassador

Minister of Transport H.E. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Qatar H.E. Mohammed bin Ali Al Ghatam, in the Ministry’s offices.During the meeting, H.E. Minister Al-Sulaiti received an invitation from His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Personal Representative of the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain His Majesty Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS 2024), to attend the 7th edition of the event, which takes place this November.
