Description:

Individuals, private sector companies, and government institutions can submit a request via Ministry of Transport's website, to register a small craft under 200 tons.

Conditions and Requirements:

Ownership documentation and documentation based on the ship condition and whether the ship is from Qatar or not.

A photocopy of the owner’s valid ID (original to be shown on-site for verification)

A photocopy of a valid Commercial Register if the owner is a company, Hukoomi or sports club (original to be shown on-site for verification)

A photocopy of the valid insurance and CRA 

Fees:

Private/Commercial: Inspection Points - 250 Qatari Riyals
Special Locations - 350 Qatari Riyals

Fishery/Ferry/Tourism: Inspection Points - 300 Qatari Riyals
Special Locations - 400 Qatari Riyals

Operating in Qatari Waters: 2000 Qatari Riyals

Yachts: Inspection Points - 2100 Qatari Riyals
Special Locations - 2200 Qatari Riyals

Note: The inspection fees encompass survey charges.
