The bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Türkiye in transportation, ports, and maritime navigation were discussed when Minister of Transport H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani and Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister H.E. Abdulkadir Uraloglu met in London, on the sidelines of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Assembly’s 34th Session.

The two officials discussed ways to advance those relations to achieve both countries’ future aspirations and mutual interests.

H.E. Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the UK, Ireland, and Iceland, and Qatar’s Permanent Representative to the IMO, attended the meeting.
