The MOT announces the gradual resumption of maritime navigation ONLY for the maritime vessels licensed for fishing activity, as of tomorrow, Monday, March 30, as per the following technical requirements:

1. The maritime vessel is safe and seaworthy
2. The AIS device is on board & turned on all the time until the vessel returns to the port
3. The VHF radio is on board & tuned to Channel 16 all the time until the vessel returns to the port
4. Adhering to the provisions of the law on Maritime Vessels, and the bylaws and decisions issued in implementation thereof

The MOT urges all to abide by this announcement to avoid legal accountability.
